Engasis analyzes public comments only. We access them through the official YouTube Data API v3.
For each analyzed comment we store the comment text, its like count, whether the channel owner replied, and the video ID. We do not store commenter names, profile pictures, channel IDs or any other commenter profile data.
Stored comment data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Incremental refreshes do not keep raw comments beyond that window. Derived clusters are retained only as far as the YouTube API Services Developer Policies allow.
Any AI key you add and any Google authorization token is encrypted at rest and is never sent to your browser. You can disconnect and delete your data at any time from Settings; deletion completes within 30 days.
If you connect your own channel, we request read-only access (youtube.readonly). Engasis never posts, replies or acts on your behalf.
